Paint Industry:
The talcs having the properties of fibre and folio, are used in the paint production and similar oil production because of their oil absorbtion property. The talc used in the paint industry has to be highly white and that its tenor has to be high (98.5%) as it has been grinded. It has also to be able to pass through the sieve of 325 mesh. The fiber of talc provides the paint layers to be locked to each other and to the surface. It prevents the heavy materials to fall down and provides the paint to be more homogene. |

Plastic Industry
The talc is used in many productions of rubber, plastic and caoutchouc as filling material. It gives a tight tissue to the material. In the plastic sector, the he prevention against the heat has been provided thanks to the reinforced effect of the talc and the stretch of the mould has been reduced. The talc also provides the hardness of the surface by cold welding with the purpose to prevent the blockage on the surface of the spoiled films. The non qualified talcs are used in general for this work. Therefore whiteness and purity are not required on the raw material. Because of the property of dilation by heat of the talc is very poor, this property has provided it to be used in bath room and kitchen ceramics, on the plates of the electric heaters.
