Detailed information about our company
WHAT IS TALC?

The talc is magnesium cilicate with water, it's theorical formula is 3 MgO 4SİO2 H2O'. It includes 63.5 % of SİO2 31.7% of MgO and 4.8% of H2O in its ideal composition. It is in white, gren and transparent colours, sliding, with nmassif appearance and soft. It’s hardness changes between 1-1,5 as per the Mohs norm. It’s intesivity is between 2.6-2.8 gr/cm3. it’s crystal form is monocliric. The conductivity of the talc is poor against the heat and electricity but iy is resistant to the fire. It is transformed into hardness when it was heated in high temperatures, becomes solid. It doesn’t spoil with acids. .

Those of the talcs which are commercial show a lot of differences from the theorical purity. This kinds of product can be found as in form of pure mineral of talc, they can also be in form of mixture in  different proportions of the minerals such as dolomit, calcite, quartz, dyopcite, serpentine, magnetite, ryrite, tremplite, actinolite and mica.,
